Audio: Anabaptists record radio ads for moral budget
By Sheldon C. Good Mennonite Weekly ReviewTwo Anabaptist leaders recently recorded radio advertisements advocating for lawmakers not to balance the national budget on the backs of the poor.
Nan Erbaugh, pastor of Lower Miami Church of the Brethren in Dayton, Ohio; and Duane Beachey of Whitesburg, Ky., co-coordinator of Mennonite Central Committee’s Appalachian program; recorded two of the three advertisements placed by Sojourners.
