During the recent U.S. health-care debate, Canada was sometimes held up as a model for how to deliver medical care. It’s being held up as a model again — this time for food aid.
In the Oct. 27 online edition of the New York Times, writer Tina Rosenberg highlighted an innovative food relief project in Somalia supported by Canadian Foodgrains Bank, a food aid organization supported by the Canadian government.
